Dr. Makis protocols are based on preclinical studies, case reports, and Makis clinical observations, but it remains experimental and unapproved by regulatory bodies like the FDA for cancer use.

Dosages are weight-based (e.g., for a 70 kg/154 lb person, 1 mg/kg = 70 mg) and stratified by cancer severity: low-grade (early-stage or slow-growing), intermediate-grade (moderately progressive), or high-grade (aggressive, metastatic, or "turbo" cancers). Always consult a healthcare provider for personalization, monitoring (e.g., liver/kidney function), and integration with conventional treatments.

Key Ivermectin Dosage Guidelines
Ivermectin is typically taken orally with a fatty meal for better absorption. The protocol suggests cycles of 6 days on/1 day off, or 3 weeks on/1 week off, over 3–12 months, with long-term maintenance possible at lower doses. Higher doses are reported as safe in his observations, but monitor for side effects like gastrointestinal issues or transient visual disturbances.

Pure Compounded lvermectin Tablets - A well-known anti-parasitic, is known to inhibit tumor cell growth, modulate inflammatory pathways, disrupt mitochondrial function, and support immune regulation in people with or recovering from cancer.

Suggested for aggressive turbo cancers, particularly leukemias, pancreatic cancer, and brain tumors. The aggressiveness of a tumor can often be determined by pathology reports, such as Ki67 staining levels exceeding 80 percent. This protocol also applies to rare, highly aggressive cancers like appendix cancer, gallbladder cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, angiosarcoma, and other sarcomas.

Protocol Kit:

• Ivermectin 1.5 mg/kg/per day - Once a day with Food, (Split into two doses if needed)
• Fenbendazole 222 and 444 mg  40mg /1 kg of body weight
• Mabendazole 200mg (2 tabs daily for under 70kg and 3 tabs daily for over 100kg )
  • Start Ivermectin  at 0.5mg/kg/day and increase slowly (by 12mg at a time) to 1.5 to 2mg.
  • Take with Lactoferrin1000mg/day (Split in two doses before meals)
  • Can also take with  Organic Zink 50mg/day.Fenbendazole tablets
•  - 1500mg/day - 6 days a week, split in 2 doses with food.
  • Take with  Vitamin E1000mg/day with Food.
  • Take with Milk Thistle Tablets 500mg/day - Split into two doses with Food.
• Bioavailable Circumin– 2000 mg Daily, (Nanocurcumin or with pepper) taken as two 1000mg doses per day, after Fatty breakfast and after Farry Dinner, every day of the week.
• RSO – 100 mg Daily - Administered under the tongue, 2X  -"50mg twice daily" (3 to 4 drops)seven days a week. (Formulated with less than 40% THC.) Read label for accurate drop amount.
  • Hydro chloroquine (hcq) - 100mg with breakfast. – (Optional) Initially part of his plan, but Tippens has since removed this from his recommendations.

• Tudca 1000mg/Day.- with Food

Diet Recommendation:

• 3-Day or 5-Day Fasting once a month (If Possible)
• Add to Food: Garlic or take Aged Garlic Extract, Ginger.

Dr. Makis Recommended Diet and Lifestyle:  Removing sugar from one’s diet is crucial during this protocol (BMJ 2023), eating a nutritious fresh whole-food diet with fruits and vegetables, avoid ultra processed foods (BMJ 2024) and a healthy lifestyle with quality sleep and proper stress management.
